Newcomers Navigation Services
Starting over in a new country can be overwhelming from understanding systems and filling out forms to finding a place to live or registering your children in school. At Atlas Translate, our Newcomers Navigation Services are here to make that journey a little easier, and a lot more human.
We walk alongside individuals and families as they adjust to life in Canada, offering patient, one-on-one guidance in a language they understand and with full respect for their cultural background and lived experience.
We don’t just provide information we listen. We take the time to understand each person’s unique story and help them navigate the services, resources, and supports they need to feel safe, settled, and seen.
We support newcomers with:
- Orientation to community services, programs, and local life
- Help accessing housing, healthcare, education, and social supports
- Assistance with forms, documents, and government applications
- Warm referrals to trusted service providers
- Interpretation and translation where needed
- Culturally respectful support for refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants at all stages
- Whether someone is just arriving or trying to rebuild after years of uncertainty, we’re here to offer a hand, a voice, and a path forward.
